Privacy policy

If you fill in the brief form, the studio receives what you typed so it can reply to you. If you accepted the cookie banner, the studio also sees which sections you read and which buttons you pressed, but never what you typed. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising anywhere on this site.

Snapra Studio, the sole trader behind this site, decides what happens to the information you send. You can reach the studio at info@snaprastudio.com.

Only what the brief form asks for. There is no account, no login and no hidden field.

What you send

Company or project name, email address, project type, target launch, budget range and scope.

To read your enquiry, decide whether it is a fit, and reply to you.

Legal basis

Your request: the steps taken at your own initiative before any contract.

If you do not send it

Nothing happens. You can write an ordinary email instead, or not write at all.

Two suppliers, both of them only because the message has to travel and the site has to be served:

Vercel

Hosting. Serves the pages and keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, including IP addresses, to run and protect the service.

Resend

Email delivery. Carries the brief from the site to the studio inbox.

PostHog

Analytics, on European servers, and only if you accepted the cookie banner. Records which sections are read, which buttons are pressed, and a replay of the visit. Every field you type into is masked before it leaves your browser, so what you write in the form is never recorded. Replays are deleted after thirty days.

Nobody else receives your information, and it is not sold, rented or used to build a profile of you.

The brief arrives as an email and lives in the studio inbox. Enquiries that turn into projects are kept for as long as the working relationship and the accounting obligations that follow it require. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within a year. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner and it will be.

Both suppliers operate outside as well as inside the European Economic Area. Where information leaves it, they rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Over the information the studio holds about you, you can:

• ask what is held and get a copy of it,
• have it corrected if it is wrong,
• have it deleted,
• ask that it stop being used while a complaint is looked into,
• receive it in a portable format, and
• object to its use.

One email to info@snaprastudio.com is enough, and no particular wording is needed. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) or to the authority where you live.

This site is aimed at people running businesses and is not directed at children. No information is knowingly collected from them.
